If I could give zero stars I would. The management and owners are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. Went today with my 2 year old son and was told I couldn’t customize my regular sub to have half the sandwich without condiments. They told me I would have to buy a giant sub and not be cheap. Never going back here again.

I ordered online for drive through pickup, upon arriving, I waited in the drive through behind someone for 10 minutes, I ended up backing out and sitting in parking lot for another 10, went inside and was not greeted, stood there for a bit when there was no one in there- only one car in the drive through. Finally got my order and when I left the same car was still waiting in the drive through. They were so slow making the sandwiches in there, this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. When I got home, my sandwiches were a mess. They weren’t even put together, the ingredients were just thrown in there with the bread.

I have given this location too many chances, only because I do not have many lunch options near my office.
A month ago I placed a mobile order however it was not ready when I arrived. Only the female owner was there, trying to handle all orders- mobile, in dining room and drive thru. While doing multiple tasks, she was wearing a pair of gloves, the same gloves to make food, work on register, make drinks and handle money- the same gloves. As she was going back to make my sandwich, I had to tell her to change gloves.
Today I placed a mobile order and when I arrived it was ready. I was eating in the dining room and walked up the pick up counter to request more oil and vinegar in a little cup. Three staff members were all working; the male owner was making sandwiches, and the female owner and the employee were cutting meat and vegetables. Initially no one noticed me, but before I said “pardon me”, the male owner leaned over and said “yeah?”. Not “how can I help you” or “can I help you with something”. His tone was very gruff.
Well it took forever, freaky slow drive-thru then the guy said specifically " the chips are in the bag",,, well the chips were NOT in the bag. Incredible
