  I have given this location too many chances, only because I do not have many lunch options near my office. A month ago I placed a mobile order however it was not ready when I arrived. Only the female owner was there, trying to handle all orders- mobile, in dining room and drive thru. While doing multiple tasks, she was wearing a pair of gloves, the same gloves to make food, work on register, make drinks and handle money- the same gloves. As she was going back to make my sandwich, I had to tell her to change gloves. Today I placed a mobile order and when I arrived it was ready. I was eating in the dining room and walked up the pick up counter to request more oil and vinegar in a little cup. Three staff members were all working; the male owner was making sandwiches, and the female owner and the employee were cutting meat and vegetables. Initially no one noticed me, but before I said “pardon me”, the male owner leaned over and said “yeah?”. Not “how can I help you” or “can I help you with something”. His tone was very gruff.

  Well it took forever, freaky slow drive-thru then the guy said specifically " the chips are in the bag",,, well the chips were NOT in the bag. Incredible

  They apparently didn't go to Jimmy John's sandwich school. Bread was cut through on all 4 sandwiches and they didn't take the middle part of the bread out. Turns out, this makes the sandwiches really bad. I basically threw away a 50 dollar order because it was terrible food. I have never heard of a bad Jimmy's until today. Boo.
