- SRSkyler RichmondDec 19, 20251.0Don't come here if you have a service dog, you arent allowed to eat in if you have one unless you show "papers of registration through the ADA" as far as me or my wife are aware the ADA has no such registration paperwork. We came here at 1725, door says service animals are allowed yet the guy behind the counter was saying my wife's medical alert service dog was still a pet and we arent allowed to dine in at all. Ridiculous, I will be reporting to the ADA about this establishment so hopefully they can get the proper training and instruction on laws regarding service dogs and there handlers as far as questions and required visuals. Guy behind the counter also was on his phone, id wouldn't care if he wasnt at the register on it the whole time taking our order and others order. Ps my wife's service dog was in her vest with markings (which also isnt specifically required by the ADA but is recommended)
