You may have to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it is well worth it. There are vegan and vegetarian options. I enjoyed the Violet, a grilled sourdough sandwich with brie, blueberries and walnuts. The Gooey is a delightful blend of three cheeses. The Don Quixote earned GCB the honor of best grilled cheese sandwich in Virginia. It features Fontina, Parmesan, caramelized onions, oyster mushrooms and roasted pepper and olive tapenade. The fries come with a variety of fixings and the portion size is large. Wine and craft beer are available. Highly recommended.
