  I went here because it was recommended to me and now I know why, this place is amazing. The food is great, the service is fast and friendly. I was debating on whether to get the Rootbeer Float ... and I am so glad I did, it is one of, if not the best Rootbeer Float I have ever had! I will be going back and will be taking friends next time they are in town!

  Love this place so much we got an apartment right above it. Small cute space. You will have to sit next to strangers if you don’t have a large party and the wait is pretty long around dinner time but absolutely well worth the wait

  The Grilled Cheese Bistro packs a lot of great food and fun into its tiny location on Granby Street. You may have to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it is well worth it. There are vegan and vegetarian options. I enjoyed the Violet, a grilled sourdough sandwich with brie, blueberries and walnuts. The Gooey is a delightful blend of three cheeses. The Don Quixote earned GCB the honor of best grilled cheese sandwich in Virginia. It features Fontina, Parmesan, caramelized onions, oyster mushrooms and roasted pepper and olive tapenade. The fries come with a variety of fixings and the portion size is large. Wine and craft beer are available. Highly recommended.
