Five guys is very famous throughout the country for giving abundant frustrated potatoes in their orders but I definitely just felt robbed practitioner when paying for some regular potatoes and that they gave me practically 10 pieces of potatoes, this was really crazy, I never try order food on this Five Guys Norfolk

The black girl there was very rude. She did not greet me at all. And was angry that I could not order fast enough. She has red braids in her hair very young and immature. Does not need to be working there. She was working there in the afternoon. I recommend going there at night to get better service. The spot overall is great though.

Five guys has never let me down and this one was no different. It was a late night, slow night, one table full and we walk in. The customer service was perfect, dude wasn't all energized he was cool calm and will to answer questions. At was my girls first time eating there and he had no problem with time she took to make a decision even subjected things, that's all you need in customer service. Everyone working deserves a raise, clean place, great food, we were satisfied.

my friend and i went in around 7:40pm. I have a gluten allergy, and the staff catered to my allergy in the best way they could without an issue. My friends order got lost in the dinner rush (no one's fault, just an accident!), and all the staff were friendly with getting it out ASAP. Our food was served hot with good quality! The staff who worked this shift this evening were wonderful, friendly individuals!
