- JRJoyce RosenbaumNov 14, 20251.0Store closes at 8:00, went there on a Thursday night to get donuts at 6:23 and there were no donuts. The two people looked at me as if I had three heads when I asked if they had donuts, they looked at each other giggled and then said "no", i then asked, "you close at 8:00 right?" they again giggle and say yeah. We were going for three dozen of donuts but I will never go here again. Rude!!!!!

The girl at the register didn't really have any customer service with how she told us they were out of certain stuff. It was odd when she said they didn't have milk, which I thought was one of the main items for their ingrediants. The music selection of r&b playing at the time wasn't appropriate and threw off the atmosphere of the place. I had high hopes for this place since they did so well in the other location, but it's sad to see that it fell off when it comes to creating a welcoming atmosphere for returning/new customers.

I’ve seen some of them touch their heads and rub their beards, and then they go on preparing the drinks. It’s disgusting... I won’t be going back to that place. It’s not hygienic. MANAGER MUST BE PAY ATTENTION ON THIS!!! No daría ninguna estrella los trabajadores que preparan las bebidas no usan guantes sin embargo se agarra el cabello, se soban la barba y así están preparando las bebidas...es algo asqueroso.
