  I ordered pizzas here today. I ordered online and everything went smoothly. Got the pizzas hot and in a timely fashion. I asked for all of my pizzas to be cooked “well done “!! WELL DONE not BURNT!! 3 of the 4 pizzas were fine the 4th was burnt I mean crispy burnt!! I called the store and the young lady that answered had NO customer service skills whatsoever!! I advised her that one of my pizzas was burnt—she didn’t empathize she didn’t apologize she just nastily said “bring it back to the store!” I told her I could not because I had no vehicle and that I would be happy to email or text a picture of the pie. I got crickets!!! I kept saying hello hello and the girl who still had the line open must have not wanted to be bothered and she must have just put the phone down on the counter!!! I held on for 6 minutes she came back to the phone I said hello she said hello and then she put the phone back down. After 5 minutes I hung up. Called back waited on hold for 30 minutes. Hung up waited 15 minutes and called back. Waited 20 minutes on hold finally another woman picked up she wasn’t any more friendlier or empathetic than the first chick and supposedly she was a shift manager. She advised they were extremely busy and said she credited me for my pizza that is yet TBD. I get that your busy and maybe short staff and that causes overworking, missed breaks, short tempers and attitudes but it should not be reflected in your communication with your customers !! We are your bread and butter!! These employees definitely need to go back to Customer Service Skills 101 and get some continued education immediately!!

  Employees are not wearing gloves and they have a bad attitude, the biggest issue they don’t answer the phone or if they answer they will hang up the phone in the face

  Actually awful I’m missing half of my food and drink that I payed for online with DoorDash. When I got to the door the driver was gone and when I tried calling the store, 2 different times I sat on hold with a robot for 10 minutes. I can’t get in touch for a refund or my food back my advice if your looking to get pizza online, avoid this place. Plz do better dominos night shift

  Had an order for delivery and received the wrong order. Sat on the phone for an hour unable to get ahold of the store. I ended up driving to the store and they expected me to bring the food back making me have to drive back home only to drive back the the store. Took my losses as I paid for delivery and have to be their delivery driver at the end. Don’t recommend.

  I always order from this location and the haven't let me down yet. But tonight I ordered and my pizza was so beautiful I had to leave a review lol. Great job y'all and y'all brought it to my car extremely fast. Thank y'all
