Ordered a birthday cake from here, it was ready on time however nothing like online. If I would’ve known I would’ve ordered a custom message on it. I wish it came as pictured or the website reflected what the cake actually looks like.

I ordered my usual blizzard,everyone that came after me got there order. Somehow someone bumped my order so I had to wait longer than usual. Usually I have no problems here. The staff is friendly though. Will still go back only because this is the first time out of many years I have had a problem.

The cashier i dealt with was super sweet and kind. I paid with cash and unfortunately she did not have the proper change to give me. She politely reminded a manager on duty (a young girl with curly hair that i beleive had glasses on) that she needed changed and her reaction was terribly rude and disrespectful towards the cashier. Snotty and arrogant are also words id use. This will be my last visit dairy queen because i refuse to give money to a company that allows management to disrespect thier employees. In front of customers no less. I will also be writing to the corporate office about this aswell.
