  On February 3rd I had a friend order me Chipotle through Doordash. I have severe allergies and disabled so my orders are very simple. As you can see I had to redo my order THREE times till they got it right. As you also can see in the images of the 2 different bowls you can see what I get. I had tried to talk to Doordash about this issue but this is truly a staffing issue and safety issue for people who have allergies. I don't know how hard it is to comprehend the most basic meal they probably get. The first time they put cheese. I am extremely allergic to diary products. I am lucky I know better to always check my food before i eat because the cheese was hiding under the guacamole. The SECOND time I ordered they put salsa. I am very allergic to some of the ingredients that are in there as well. Both of these bowls had extra added items that could have killed me. I have MCA's and could've went into anaphylaxis shock. The reason I knew better each time to check is because this isn't the first time I have had this issue here. It happened once before again on a Doordash order and again IN PERSON. When I was able to go to Chipotle I watched them add stuff I didn't ask for and had to tell them I didn't ask for that when making the bowl. Again all Doordash can do was submit me refunds and hoping they would get it right each time. I continued to place orders because there was nothing else I can eat at the time and needed food or else I wouldn't of waited till the 3rd try for them to get it right. It shouldn't be this hard for people who have allergies to get the food they had asked for. Having health issues is already hard to navigate as is, and it's harder to do when a person is disabled and just needs to eat. Will never be going back here.

  As a frequent visitor at this establishment, I've watched workers come and go. The only issue I've ever had at this particular location was hard chicken and that was probably because it was at the bottom and had been on the warmer quite sometime, and it was nearing closing time. Tonight, my experience was not as it should have been. I value servers and their time, so I'm always extra nice and understanding. I started my order of a bowl with chicken and beans with queso. I got to the veggie section and it went down hill. I asked for corn and she proceeded to scoop the last little bit of corn out of the container. So I ask if they have anymore, she says no. So I asked her if she could get a scoop from the other side, she says no we are not allowed. Mind u the line is damn near out the door. I asked if they had any more in the back. She doesn't reply. Now it's about 750 something in the evening. So she says anything else. I say no, no thank you. I no longer want to order and I leave. Why do these folks think I'm going to spend 20 or more on some food but I'm not getting what I'm willing to pay for. I even offered to pay extra. It's not about the corn, it's about the servicetude, yes I made that word up. We already don't have a location close to me so I travel to this location. I guess I'll have to travel a bit further, because for the money I was spending, I could have sat my but down in Olive Garden or somewhere else. I feel like it could have been handled differently. If they were running out of ingredients, put a sign up like the one about exact change. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Received 2/3 portion that we ordered with none of my sides, then spent an hour trying to go through Chipotle’s Support Page, just getting some ‘failed to submit’, attempting on multiple browsers. Went through Chipotle’s support chat and asked for a refund on missing items, and that automatically closed out the chat. So done with these big chains. Support local businesses, y’all.

  I came in to pick up an Oder I am the Owner of TMB Debt Solutions. I was very disgusted as I sat here waiting for the order I witnessed a young g lady by the name of Moriah or I believed thats what they called her be bullied and picked on.thats I seen it. She wouldn’t have been yelling a loud and embarrassing that young girl. I asked for her name she said she was Tatiana but couldn’t even tell me if Moriah name was even Moriah or Josiah. I did not like the atmosphere and I’m not coming here again. I’m also going to contact the 1800 number Whats interesting is seeing you all respond to everyone else review and didn’t even acknowledge mines
