My spouse stated that the boneless wings were too hard to eat so I took them back. I realized the difference in price and had no problem paying, but the "supervisor" choose to go back and forth with me stating that "I was the only one who complained and that the wings were set on the correct temp. I had to tell him to stop arguing with me. He was disrespectful to say the least. Rest assure I will put the word out and will NEVER patronize this establishment again. - CCCharisseOct 30, 20253.0I went in after walking in the rain. Two employees in the kitchen, one in the front. They took my order, and I notice the tip question on the keypad, and I believe the cashier wanted me to tip as I paid. I did not. I have not been there before, so I wanted to taste there food and see if it was worth it. It was not. Small portions. What do you think Philly cheese steak subs you think very large portions or reasonable. Food taste okay but really overrated. I order the 12.99 footlong Philly cheesesteak sub hardly no meat. I will stick to Philadelphia cold cuts in Virginia Beach. This place too expensive their steps should be $7 at all times. Nothing I repeat nothing to crave over.

- ADAshlin DotsonAug 23, 20251.0I only did a one star because you had to do something . worst experience EVER. guy taking our order was rude , our sandwiches were EXTREMELY dry and my sub only had meat on HALF the bun.! I literally had a good 4 inches of my 9 inch sub with no meat or anything at all. i will always go to the one in MacArthur mall for now on because this one was TRASH. when I asked the guy about the meat he just gave me a thumbs up. didn't even offer to add more or anything . I had to go back up just to get them to put the tomatoes and lettuce on mine. my kids nuggets were burnt they could only eat 2 of the 4 they got and even that was a hard time. I included a picture and that’s after I tried to spread the meat to cover the full bun and had them correct it with the Mayo lettuce and tomato I asked for . definitely not a good experience.
