  Visited this location at the outlet today with my spouse. ordered boneless wings & bone in wings. My spouse stated that the boneless wings were too hard to eat so I took them back. I realized the difference in price and had no problem paying, but the "supervisor" choose to go back and forth with me stating that "I was the only one who complained and that the wings were set on the correct temp. I had to tell him to stop arguing with me. He was disrespectful to say the least. Rest assure I will put the word out and will NEVER patronize this establishment again.   I went in after walking in the rain. Two employees in the kitchen, one in the front. They took my order, and I notice the tip question on the keypad, and I believe the cashier wanted me to tip as I paid. I did not. I have not been there before, so I wanted to taste there food and see if it was worth it. It was not. Small portions. What do you think Philly cheese steak subs you think very large portions or reasonable. Food taste okay but really overrated. I order the 12.99 footlong Philly cheesesteak sub hardly no meat. I will stick to Philadelphia cold cuts in Virginia Beach. This place too expensive their steps should be $7 at all times. Nothing I repeat nothing to crave over.

  I stop by yesterday with my brother. The steak sub was hot and delicious. Our food was ready in five minutes. The services was great. Will definitely return. 😋😍👍🏾
