  I am just appalled by today's experience. I always leave positive reviews, but today's is not it. We walked in to find the place rather empty. Maybe 2 parties were sitting in the dining area. We hoped to catch at least 1 drink since happy hour was closing. The lady serving tonight is usually very friendly which is why we even keep coming back to Bww but we will not be returning. We stood in the waiting area for nearly 10 minutes without anyone coming to help is. Remember the place was EMPTY.... she just walked around her 2 tables and didn't even bother looking our way ( my bf and i).. Well, next thing you know a lady and her toddler walk in... I didn't want to make this racial but I guess the employee did. The server comes right away and asked her if she will be dining in.. after waiting for nearly 10 minutes she walks around us and goes straight to the black lady that walked in behind us! I will be calling corporate and making a complaint. The fact we waited almost 10 minutes just to be ignored and to top it 0ff wete ignored because we weren't black just does not sit right with me. We have always gotten good service and gone out of our way to tip over than usual at this place. We will not be coming back. Don't waste your time, if you're not black you'll be waiting until they feel you've waited enough. Unacceptable.

  Take out order- at least 30 min after the order pick up time not ready. I was asked for my name at the 10,15,20,25 at least 8 times and still didn't come out.

  Extremely long wait for the kids meals which we ordered first, then the adult's meals never came. Waitress only showed up twice, the second time saying she'd get the manager. 10 minutes later, still no manager. We paid for the kids meals and were literally carrying toddlers out the door when the manager showed up asking if we got our food and if everything was ok. Absolutely clueless and total lack of organization. If I'd had the time I would have asked for the kid's meals for free, but it's a $60 reminder to never eat somewhere with less than 4 stars (father in law picked)

  I would really like to give a better review. We are missing half of our take out order and we feel very disrespected for the price we spend. We lost $80 worth of our order. Please take note if you order from Buffalo your wont get what you pay for.

  I walked in and nobody greeted me. I went up to the staff and was told I could sit anywhere. After sitting, no one came over, so I got up again to ask if someone could take my order. The staff was just joking around and on their phones the entire time. It was a slow night and there was no reason for the service to be this bad. Very disappointing experience. Just ended up walking out.
