  Im not usually a person who reviews but this chain’s gotta get it’s act together. Tried ordering a coffee and donuts. The didnt have the donuts and when I pulled up for the coffee they didnt have the dunkin latte mixes either. I will grant they did switch the coffee for the regular version but i still got charged for the more expensive version? Manager needs to get it together

  This complaint for today...3/13/26 @6:15 am, I normally go through the drive-thru but the drive-through was so long today so I went inside. This is my second time inside, and it was the worst service service I've ever had at this location. I don't know the young lady's name I didn't see her name badge but, she needs customer service training. I said good morning she did not say it back, I said good morning orning again she still didn't say back. She proceeded on asking me what she can help me with. There was another young lady there that was standing behind a desk by will you pick up the food or her cell phone. As I said and waited for my food, I just looked around at the crew and they showed me that they did not want to be there, not people pleasers at all. My food was cold and it did not taste good. The girl that waited on me was focus more on making coffee then having great customer service. I really think you guys need to hire people that want to work, or train the people that you have working with better customer service skills. This is a great looking store with bad customer service. I would hate to start going to the new location on Military highway because this location is right down the street from my house.

  If I could give zero stars to this dunkin id give -10 the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVIC EVER!!!!!! everything was wrong and when adressed got a response of attitude and told they dont have anything to fix it lmao ... STAY AWAY

  Everybody be having attitudes at this little creek location it’s only one or two customer service workers here that’s professional and polite my favorite in this area is princesse Anne rd by the dollar tree

  Well Ive given this DD 5 times to get it right and each time it's failed miserably. The coffee orders are always wrong, the attitudes absolutely suck especially if you tell them even politely that it's the wrong drink and Im done. I dont know who the manager is up here but I can say they are failing miserably. I spend way too much for this to be repeated behaviors etc. Today was the last straw. The iced coffee I like to get was a) completely not the one I ordered and b) it looked like mud. Over this DD.
