  I'm a person that do not complain. But this place is the absolute worst. First the parking is very small and only one side of street is available. You have to walk through the flower bed to even get to the door. Please use a card because when you come at 11 o'clock in the morning they couldn't break a 50 dollar bill when the order totaled only 20. The manager was very rude. No need a that early Sunday morning. Would not recommend until some changes happen.

  I did a mobile order and when I got there they gave me my drink wrong and insisted it was correct and then I realized as I drove off that the donuts I got were also wrong. They don't seem to have anything in order or seem to know what they're even doing. I've been up since the crack of dawn the last thing I want to have to deal with is that.

  I’m really not someone who likes to complain, and I usually give places the benefit of the doubt. I even avoid going back to fix mistakes sometimes because I don’t want to be “that person” constantly complaining about my order. But honestly, every time I go to this Dunkin’, there’s an issue. I’ve been there about 10 times, and only 3 of those visits were actually correct. The other 7? Something was wrong every single time. I’ll order a bagel sandwich and get the wrong bagel. I’ll order hash browns and get like 3 or 4 pieces. I’ll order a drink and get the wrong refresher base. I’ve even gotten the completely wrong sandwich before. It’s just a constant pattern. What makes it worse is that this location is pretty new, so you’d expect things to be running smoother, but that’s not the case. And while I understand being busy, some of the staff can come off as rude when you ask about an order they messed up, which isn’t okay. At this point, I just can’t recommend this location. You’re honestly better off going to the one on Little Creek. It might not be perfect, but it’s definitely more consistent than this one.

  New in area convenient spot food prices pricey but so is everywhere nice staff so far drop in for a visit oddly placed building but welcome to area
