- MWMatthew WestJan 18, 20261.0How does a place like this manage to exist while being barely operable? This was during normal business hours. The restaurant was accepting orders on both their own Dominos mobile app as well as UberEats (possibly DoorDash as well but I didn't check). I placed an order though their app, spent the time to build the pizzas and navigate the buggy checkout process, but then a minute later the order gets cancelled without explanation. I tried again and the order was cancelled a minute later again. I tried placing the order on UberEats (since again, they were online and accepting orders) and they immediately cancelled the order again. I tried calling the restaurant to at least find out why the order was cancelled, but even though I sat on hold for over 15 minutes no one ever answered the phone. Thinking that maybe they weren't actually open. I drove by the restaurant since it is only two minutes away and I saw the OPEN sign on and people walking around the restaurant. So I'd just really like to know why these people are getting paid to work at the store, but can't be bothered to make orders or answer this phone. This is after another bad experience the last time I ordered from this store. Even though there were 5 people working in the store at the time, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get my pizzas after they were ready, even though I had asked for them multiple times.
