We didn’t even get our food. They didn’t even answer the phone after they told us to hold. How am I certain they would even give us a refund? They didn’t wanna even tell us the managers name. What type of customer service is this? At least give us the refund it will help with less orders to deliver at least. We have other things to worry there’s a reason we order online rather then picking up.

However, no driver was assigned to my order until 11:29 PM, and then at 11:49 PM the system marked my order as delivered even though I never received anything by R.J.. To make matters worse, when I tried to call the store to resolve the issue, the automated system kept saying the phone was down. That is extremely frustrating when you are missing an order and have already paid. If you are not going to operate like a reliable pizza place, then you should not present yourselves as one. I wasted my money, my time, and my patience. Offering a weak promo for a free pizza does not fix the problem when you could not even deliver the first one properly. Very disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service. UPDATE: March 28 I tried to call this location and my number has been blocked it says “welcome to verizon wireless the number you dialed can not be completed please check the number dialed and try again” I then send their number to another person to call for them to get a different message “Thank you fot calling Dominos, the line is busy at the moment please place an order online or in the app” YOU LACK ACCOUNTABILITY BUT NO WORRIESSSS ILL BE IN PERSON TO CORRECT THE ISSUE SOON!

I called back and it wouldn't connect, they must only allow outbound calls. I assumed they would still deliver or call again if they had an issue with the hotel. They didn't, this was 45 minutes after ordering, another 15 minutes goes by and the order is cancelled. I then waited on hold calling this location for 10-15 minutes and they did not answer. Go elsewhere - do not bother with this location
