- JBJulia ButlerApr 2, 20262.0I got a bowl and it was good which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Though when I was at the cash register I experienced the rudest customer service of my life that I was actually take back and left speechless, it was unbelievable.

I had ordered online so I paid without getting my food. Luckily, corporate gave me a refund and was helpful. When they are open and able to serve food, their portion sizes are small compared to other stores.

When I was paying for my food at the register with another employee , she started walking towards the back and yelled, “Why do yall keep ordering? Like go home!” I felt uncomfortable and not welcomed after getting my food because of that comment. I’m in the military and my job can be just as challenging and hard at times. I had just got off of work after a long day and wanted some food on the way home. It kind of ruined my evening.

We asked for more carnitas in my son’s build your own, and the employee took the container to the back like he was going to get more. When we opened our container it was clear he didn’t add any. We asked them at the front and they told us they were out. Why didn’t they tell us that from the start? They acted like we were the problem. The employees had a hard time making eye contact, and being welcoming. It’s sad to see that the quality of service is going down in a lot of places. On top of that, it was not very clean.
