  The food was bland and tasteless. The Chick -n -Minis were stale and I was given a sausage egg and cheese instead of an English muffin.

  I originally came for fries left with a kids meal and forgot the meat is a lil sweet it was hot and fresh though

  I've eaten in at least 50 Chick-fil-A's across 12 or more states. Most are 4-5 stars across the board. In particular, they bend over backward to please the customer. My first and ONLY encounter with the Monarch unit showed: (1) You can only order via a kiosk. If you're visually impaired, or a senior person not familiar with computers, you're S.O.L. (2) My simple request was botched TWICE: "Deluxe with no cheese or pickle." Mine had cheese; the mgr caught the error and asked if I'd like to have "another one" prepared. Yes. The "new" one still had scraps of dill pickle on it. Yuck. So, they just took my ill-prepared one back and removed (more or less) the offending ingredients. (3) My fruit cup was HALF filled. (4) My drink was a small cup - OK, they give refills like all Chick-fil'A's right? WRONG. Quote: "We're not ALLOWED (my emphasis) to give lemonade refills. There's an up-charge." Never, NEVER have I found a Chick that didn't give refills, or have a drink dispenser where you could do it yourself. I said, "You're not much of a Chick'fil-A" brusquely to the mgr. She replied, "I know -- this one is just [or 'mostly'] for the students." So, it's OK to rip off students? Obviously, this unit is under-capitalized and/or owned by a cheapskate if a lemonade refill is too much to ask.

  This location is atrocious. I typically pick up food my wife orders for takeout after work. We ordered 2 meals together in one order. They forgot half of our order (see the pictures)! The only food we received is pictured. They forgot the nuggets and other fry, and randomly gave 2 mac and cheeses. They also forgot the second sweet tea that came with the order, so I literally had to grab one that was just sitting there after trying to get one of the FIVE workers’ attention. The service here is atrocious. The workers are much more interested in talking to each other or talking to their friends (that are holding up the pickup line for over 5 minutes) instead of keeping the line moving and packing orders efficiently and correctly. Namely, 2 of the african american employees working up front yesterday evening (Wednesday 4/15/2026) were having particularly loud conversations between each other and talking to their friends standing in line which I assume are students from the local university. Terrible location, management needs to really get a grip on their workers here.
