  I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. There was a hair on my fried pickle, which immediately ruined my appetite. My wings came out cold, had no sauce on them, and honestly tasted freezer-burned. To make matters worse, they were out of almost every dipping sauce, which was frustrating since that’s a big part of the experience. The waiter was nice and did their best, but overall the food quality and lack of options were very disappointing. I expected much better. Do not recommend this location would not go back.

  The place was pretty gross when we walked in at about 730pm. It was nearly empty, except two tables. However, there were multiple tables dirty and trash on the floor. They sat us at a dirty table, which no big deal we can clean it. The waitress was sweet and got our drink order, then left for about 10 minutes and brought back 2 out of 4 drinks. The soda was awful. With the first impression of the state of the restaurant and then the bad tasting soda, these were definitely signs for us to leave. Then we realized our waitress was just sitting at a table talking to another waitress. We didnt even bother to wait any longer and decided to leave. No one in the store was doing anything, other than sitting down. It was definitely surprising to see how little they seemed to care about cleanliness and actually working. They werent surprised when we decided to leave.

  This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant (worked in food services for years) … the place is nasty when you walk in, I preordered at 7 for a 9 pickup. 9:10 I go in and the cashier yelled at the security guard multiple times, but he was doing his best, the place was out of control with people coming in off the streets. The cashier straight up ignored the 3 pickups and went to get drinks for her friends. I waited over 30 mins and asked what was the deal with my food and she goes “idk… like just wait” with a mega attitude, so bad the girl who just walked in behind me walked out with me. They need to just shut this place down.

  THIS location can’t do anything right EVER . I’m convinced that every time I get food from here they have someone on their very first day training unsupervised cooking my order and you can’t change my mind! I actually prefer to go to greenbrier but whenever I order on door dash it only delivers from this one. I’m about to just start refunding through my bank atp. Get an entire new staff starting with management because why is management allowing food of this quality to be sent out. There’s nobody supervising the kitchen to make sure food is up to Buffalo Wild Wings standards. No sauce on the wings, they mix up wing sizes, they give a tiny amount of sauce not covering wings, they give the wrong sauce on the wings when they do get the sauce to wing portion correct. Uncooked potatoe wedges. Ranch missing.

  I went there Friday night after the comedy show. We sat there for a while before we ordered. I asked for lemon and was given one little thing slice. there was no soap in the women’s bathroom. Our server was in the bathroom right before I went in there so I know for a fact, she did not wash her hands after that I paid for my Sweet tea, and I left. I walked to the bar and told the lady there was no soap in the bathroom and I wanted to cancel my order. It was just crazy. Never again.
