- MAMs. A6 days ago1.0The WORST experience I had across the Bojangles, I’ve visited. I walked in nobody at the cash register, Waited over three minutes when the person female Caucasian walked to the cash register I say good morning cashier said nothing smelled like she smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. I gave her the order with no smile no eye contact my food was made, and my food was not even warm so disgusted I refused to even get a refund the worst customer service experience with Bojangles.

I asked the girl at the counter when I picked up my order if they are not getting drink carriers anymore and she replied “I don’t do the truck order” definitely someone who should not be the face of your business as the front counter person is.

And worried bc looked like a lot of places were closed. From the sweet tea, to the bbq sauce.. the chicken to the biscuit. My food was hot, delicious! And really just hit the spot! Can’t wait to get more!!! With no other chicken place around..( when we go that other place is sooo not good) I will definitely be stopping here more often! I had no idea!!
