  I went this evening to get a smoothie and it was like watered down tasting I asked if they could remake it and the girl that was running the register was it going to remake it for me had already told me okay and then the manager came out and asked her what she was doing and she told her remaking my smoothie for me because it was watered down, and she told her NO!!! immediately just said NO!! and she didn't ask to talk to me or anything or asked me what was wrong with it or anything just continue to walk to the back I could tell the cashier was embarrassed and she felt bad I tried to get the manager's attention myself and she wouldn't come out I told the girl the cashier that it was okay not to worry about it I figured I would just go back tomorrow maybe someone else will be there that I can talk to I asked cashier to give me a receipt for my smoothie that wait at least I got something to show tomorrow I guess we will see but the short little lady back there was just very rude I cannot believe this and she is the manager but quite rude!!

  The last time that I was at this location, I was mistreated and not taken seriously. I had left the restaurant after purchasing my items and there was a defect with the smoothie cup. When I got to my location (less than 3 minutes away) unfortunately it broke open and spilled on myself and the location that I was at. I took pictures and promptly returned back to the restaurant, explained my situation and how I work nearby, and the cashier (very polite) asked her manager, and her manager told me that there was nothing they could do, despite the issue with the cup. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager essentially refused to speak with me, forcing me to leave my name and number to follow up with the situation. (Never happened, I don’t think that anything will change). The manager was actively working and present in the store and couldn’t take a few minutes to speak to me or offer a solution as a courtesy. Simple things like that go a long way. I was visibly “wearing” my smoothie and showed the cashier a picture of the monstrosity of a mess that was made; I genuinely feel like it would’ve been courteous to remake the smoothie since A, I obviously didn’t consume it, B, This happened LESS than 200 feet away, and C, I work nearby.

  Yesterday's app order experience was a total disconnect! It took 30 minutes to get my order, which totally defeats the purpose of "advantageous" app ordering. It feels like app orders put you at the back of the line instead of speeding things up.

  I got a Mango Mansoon. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly. Eventhough their payment system had frozen and I couldn't pay, they went ahead and prepared my smoothie beforehand. All around fantastic place.
