  Ordered a baja wrap on the app on 3/14/26 and when I got home I realized it was a completely different wrap. So I went back to the store and they told me that they don’t have the ingredients to make what I originally ordered. But idk it was like the last few mins before close so 🤔 but anyways they made me throw away the incorrect wrap and in the end I got nothing. No money back or replacement 🫠 I called the morning after and was supposed to receive a call back for a solution and never got a call back. Haven’t been back to the location since🙃

  I'm not sure what's going on at this location but it is definitely the worst experience I've ever had at any Tropical Smoothie. I ordered 3 sandwiches and an island green smoothie. I have had that smoothie hundreds of times at the other location. It's always good and always tastes the same when I get it from other locations but from here it tasted horrible. It tasted like the spinach had gone bad or something and I explained this to the woman working. I asked her if they could get me a different smoothie. It took 20 minutes just to get the new smoothie, took less time for my original order. I was at this place for almost 45 minutes, never again. The new smoothie was just a bad. At this point I had already burned through most of the time I had for my lunch so I just trashed the smoothie and left. I got to work and everyone's sandwiches were cold and the flat bread sandwich I got for myself had all of the pesto on one side. Honestly, I wish I would have read the reviews on this place first. I paid over $40 plus a tip, ended up throwing away $10 of it. Such a waste of money. Save yourself the headache and go to the other location, it's worth making the drive.

  The guy at the counter was rude. I wasn't greeted by him or staff when I came in. He mumbled when he spoke to me and yelled because I didn't hear/understand what he said. I will never go there again!

  Earlier tonight I was picking up orders as a dasher for Doordash. This particular order was a double (a pickup from Tropical Smoothie and another from Baskin Robbins, both being delivered to the same customer). I arrived at the store and proceeded to the door and found it locked. The time was 2102. I looked at the sign and saw that it said the store closed at 2100. At which time another gentleman said he had encountered this same situation at this store before. He then made the comment that there were orders sitting on the shelf, which I then saw as well. All told there were three of us now, knocking on the glass to get someone's attention. After about 10 minutes of that at different windows, a male employee came out of the kitchen and approached the door. We held up our our phones so he could see the names. He indicated to the gentleman on my right that he didn't have that and then indicated that he had mine and that of the gentleman to my left. The employee then went back behind the counter to the ticket machine, shuffling what looked like to be about 8 tickets, laid them on the counter and then returned to the kitchen and resumed sweeping, leaving us there scratching our heads trying to figure out what just happened? I leave this review as a current bartender at a restaurant and special events, a former bar supervisor and a trainer of both bartenders and servers and this level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. We have, on occasion, had to wait for delivery persons after closing as well and while we may have locked the doors, we have NEVER turned away anyone delivering our orders especially because you can literally see someone is on the way and their location. In any case, I contacted my customer to inform her of what had happened and proceeded to my next pickup.
