  Pulled up and heard nothing but giggling on the intercom. Which is fine but when I was deciding what I wanted multiple people asking me to order when I’m ready while laughing. Mind you I already told them to give me a second. I was at that intercom For less than 4 minutes before I decided to just pull off. Im sorry but I don’t even want someone touching my food. If they’re acting like that through the drive thru.

  The lady at the drive-thru window needs training in customer service. I've never witnessed a person close the window on me mid-sentence just to go put stickers on my order like I wasn't asking why my order was messed up. My quesadillas had NO sauce, but had lettuce and tomato (made like soft tacos with no cuts at all? Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! RUDE AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MAKE THEIR OWN ITEMS.

  Literally only got half of my damn drink, after opening the bag, i realized i was missing like 3 of my Doritos locos tacos and missing my cinnamon twists.

  Staff is very friendly and polite. Im having a very bad day and Cashier gave me words of hope to keep pushing through and I really needed it right now.
