  Come to this Taco Bell all the time, always have a problem. The white lady who is manager always somehow messes putting an order together, job is not that hard…. I paid $17 for just a quesadilla apparently. Then they want to lock the doors early so no one can return the food. I don’t get what manager cusses at customers but she needs to be dealt with.

  I’ve never had an issue at this location before, which is why I felt the need to leave a review after my experience tonight. I visited the drive-thru around 8:10 PM on 4/18/2026. When we pulled up, the employee immediately asked for our order. We politely asked for a moment to look at the menu, but she repeated herself with an apparent attitude. Assuming she may not have heard us, we again said we needed a moment. After a couple of minutes, we began ordering and asked for the #9 Supreme. We were met with silence. Unsure if she had stepped away, we said “hello,” and she responded with, “I’m waiting for you to tell me what you want to drink,” despite not acknowledging our initial order or asking for a drink in the first place. We finished placing our order and were told to “pull around,” again with a noticeable attitude. At the window, my husband greeted her, but she said nothing as she took his card. She handed us the food, closed the window, and then took another minute or two before giving us our drink. When we asked for sauce at the window, we were again met with silence and had a handful shoved into our hands. When my husband said “thank you” and “have a good day,” there was no response, and the window was shut. This entire interaction lasted only a few minutes, but the level of dismissiveness and lack of basic customer service was disappointing. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience felt unnecessarily rude from start to finish. Assuming the cashiers name was Jazmin M, per the receipt - I hope you have a better day and learn what proper customer service and basic respect is.
