  The lady working night shifts is rude and lies to your customers telling them the system is down for an hour and then when you come back to pick up says it again obviously doing this over and over again (not the first time it's happened to me and obviously from the reports here it happens a lot) so she doesn't have to do anything well working. I then proceeded to watch them reboot the system and turn it back on. I made an online order already paid for it and then as the "manager" says she can't do anything to help me or refund me. Will no longer be going to this location and I highly recommend nobody else does either well night shift is occuring. Her attitude was enraging and it seems like she could care less about the sonic customers spending their money with you. If you can't treat people with respect you shouldn't be working in customer service or with the public at all let alone being put in a manager position, do better. An add on to this review on the positive side the gentleman that helped me resolve this problem was absolutely amazing he was extremely helpful and respectful in every way possible I highly appreciated his help.

  Ordered through the app, pulled into the booth and checked in like the app said to do. System updated saying that the food was in the kitchen. It sat at that status for 30mins. 4 people inside talking and having a good ole time but nobody walking out with my order. I leave the booth and pull up to the intercom. I heard half a word through the speaker, waited a few seconds and then a women's voice asks, "May I help you??", with an attitude. I tell her the name for my order & driver around. Get to the window and she hands me half my order then closes the window and walks away. I knock on the window and you can tell in her body language that she's more irritated. Idc, give me my gd food. Tell her the second part of the order and she comes back missing the drink. Light skinned woman with acne, glasses, and curly hair. It's always the young immature ones.

  Just left the drive thru because no one was coming to the intercom to take orders. Been waiting for 10 mins. When I pulled off, I saw no other patron being attended to at the windows. Smh employees just in there chilling on the companies clock. Yall need to get to work! This is fast food, not slow food .

  Ordered a double sonic smasher as a large combo but got and was charged for a triple combo. My large sweet tea was filled with ice to the brim. Only took 10 sips
