  Rick's never lost its touch. The food is always great. The service is always great. It's a Staple in Hampton Roads. They treat you like family.

  This was my 1st time coming here and I'll definitely be back! The cheesesteak was delicious, and it was loaded with meat! They do not skimp at all on the portion. And the person who helped me with my pickup order was a delight!

  If I could give zero Stars I would this place is very dirty. They are clean in the front but they are dirty in the back. There is roaches in the building , and the employees do not use gloves when they make the food. Or wash their hands, if I was you I would not eat here. It looks clean but it is not, it is highly infested with roaches. You can see them better at night time because they come out everywhere !!!

  I bought a turkey club sandwich & 8 pieces of rotisserie chicken for 34.90. The club was top notch, the 8 tiny pieces of make-shift rotissere chicken was atrocious. It was hard & cold and the meat tasted old & dry. I wouldn't feed that garbage to a stray animal! That adds up to one expensive club sandwich.
