As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    As of writing this I still don't have my food. It's been 45 minutes. I made the order through the app and was told, VERY RUDELY, that it isn't their problem and they cant do anything about it. That I need to contact support for a refund Issue? Contacting support contacts the store not anyone else. Which...is pointless. There are no other options. There are 3 people working currently I guess and they've done 1 order in the 45 minutes I've been here. I literally ordered a cheeseburger and fries. No special instructions.

    I ordered two Big Bufords during a promotion and had them customized—one with extra onion and mayo, and the other with no onion, no pickle, and no mustard. The manager, Chelsea, took my order from start to finish and repeated it back correctly, but still managed to ring it up wrong. When I got home, both sandwiches were made incorrectly and were extremely sloppy. I returned to the store and politely asked for a freshly made remake of the two burgers, clearly explaining the order again. Chelsea took my receipt and came back with what she claimed were new burgers made by her. They were not. When I checked them, they were the exact same sandwiches—same tomatoes, still no extra onions on one, and still onions on the one that was supposed to have none. Nothing was corrected. At that point, I asked for a refund. Chelsea told me they don’t do refunds because it’s a franchise and that I’d have to contact corporate. When I asked how, since she had taken my receipt, she printed a blank receipt and told me to scan a QR code. I knocked to get my original receipt back, and she ignored me. I then went through the drive-thru to try to resolve the situation one last time. When I asked again, she said, “I’m about to crash out,” and closed the window. Ultimately, I was able to get my receipt back. I ended up driving to the Hampton location for a remake and had a much better experience. The strange part is I already knew I shouldn’t have gone back to this location, but I gave it another chance since it had been a while. And to note, the burgers she claimed to have made herself could not have been freshly remade by her, as I personally watched her continuing to take orders and work the window during that entire time. This was a complete failure in customer service, professionalism, and accountability. A manager acting this way is unacceptable. Easily the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

    Lack of proper management, weed smoking in the dumpsters and they ask you to park so they don’t run over their clock time even when no one else is there. Food is ok, burger tastes like the meat was frozen to long and of fake meat. Shakes are good
