  Very rude bitter people. I go here almost every other day and there’s always an issue with the same woman that works there. Overall staff is rude and give out old food. They have my dad a steak bagel sandwich that wasn’t done, always saying my name wrong ON PURPOSE it’s pretty simple Ky-ASIA. Even after correcting the same employee for two years. Management can not fix or handle situations without making it worse. Today I ordered a McDouble meal and they gave me an old beat up double cheeseburger with meat darker than asphalt. I will be requesting cook to order meals and will not leave until it’s right. I’m there constantly but can’t seem to be able to get my order without literally fighting with staff about the quality of my food

  I wish I could give no stars. everytime I orderfrom this restaurant they purposely forget the hashbrowns een the washer was arguing with the aassociates about not forgetting my hashbrowns. I clearly paid for a side of hash brownS not 1 hash brown. The mcdonald lady argued with my dasher telling her I didn't pay for 4 I paid for 3. then she don't even put all 3 even in the bag. So now this restaurant hasn't given me since all the oorders I've done from last week until now 2 hash browns, 1 large fry, 3 medium fries and 2 small fries. like really. I've tried calling there store number no one answers so I call the corporate number and when I told them I wanted to file a complaint they acted like they had no clue how to do that.

  I've ordered from this location twice in the past week and both times I received excellent service the food was great and they included everything I asked for in my order. Thank you!

  I think when you visit a restaurant whether it's fast food or not, you should be greeted. McDonald's especially has some of the rudest people working there. They can't say hello when you approach the window. They just hold out their hand for payment. They don't repeat the amount, and they definitely don't say thank you at all! This is why I stopped going before and I'll stop again. Only went because a friend of mine wanted some. I'm done!
