  This location always seems to be out of something and if they're not out of something they somehow don't have the staff to even make it. What staff they do have are poorly trained and always have an attitude.

  I have tried so many times, every time I go there is something missing or made wrong or my fries are half empty and soggy. There’s always something not right.

  Este lugar es una mierda, pase una hora esperando mi pedido y despues de la hora digo ha preguntar por mi orden y sale que se la dieron a otra persona y no me la querían dar a mi y les estaba dando el numero que tira la máquina a la hora del pedido no sirve para nada el servicio.

  This is the ONLY location in Newport News I order from. My preferred time is DAYTIME. I've done evening/night and it's NOTHING like day shift. Night shift needs some MAJOR WORK. I understand it's fast food however most employees on night are younger and rather chill on their phones rather complete orders correctly and in a timely manner. I have a big family so the points through the mobile app helps alot. Late nights food is cooked to order. Stop by during lunch or LATE night ...evening shift NO.
