- EWEric W4 days ago1.0I thought when I walked in I would smell fresh warm donuts for a Sunday but I was disappointed to see the trays emptied, a mess on the floor. And no fresh donuts. What a joke. These places need to get good managers that hire good staff. Then I asked for a fresh hot cup of coffee, but even that was lukewarm and old.
- SSswaft4 days ago1.0I have been to this location on multiple occasions and they never had any donuts you order. My order has been refunded due to not having the donuts. They dont even complete the refund on the spot so you know its completed. Its always "youll get an email" which is very up in the air. You would think a donut place would have donuts available. Especially when they show available in the APP. I have given this location many chances but everyone there seems like they hate their job and forget they sell donuts

I see the same reply's from headquarters and NOTHING is ever done. Take your money for what taste like 2 day old doughnuts.

I was expecting the donuts to be fresh as I paid $30 for this order, but that was not the case. The icing on all 18 was dry and hard and the donuts were dry . Duncan donuts is right across the street.
