I came to return a wrong drive thru order which they completely got wrong after waiting 10 minutes for someone to ask for my order. When I returned to have them correct my order they didn’t apologize or ask whether I wanted a corrected order or refund. When they finally got my order to me the person who gave to me was busy talking and laughing at someone else in the store instead of at an apology or any type acknowledgment of a mistake on their part. I would say there is a serious problem with training, leadership and the discipline at that store. I live nearby and I will never patronize that location again and will post this everywhere I can and will verbally discourage anyone from doing business there. So sad!!! Our young people today are in serious trouble in their future. 😟😟😟
