The people who work there are more concerned with talking to each other about who knows what!! I came to return a wrong drive thru order which they completely got wrong after waiting 10 minutes for someone to ask for my order. When I returned to have them correct my order they didn’t apologize or ask whether I wanted a corrected order or refund. When they finally got my order to me the person who gave to me was busy talking and laughing at someone else in the store instead of at an apology or any type acknowledgment of a mistake on their part. I would say there is a serious problem with training, leadership and the discipline at that store. I live nearby and I will never patronize that location again and will post this everywhere I can and will verbally discourage anyone from doing business there. So sad!!! Our young people today are in serious trouble in their future. 😟😟😟

The service here is the absolute worst. Both the counter and the drive thru are unbelievably slow. Left the counter because the person at the counter was so slow, so I decided to just go to the drive thru. Placed the order at the drive thru, they didn't have my food ready so they had me pull over to the mobile order parking spots. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to check on my order, they had given it to someone else. I just asked for my money back because at that point I had been there about an hour. Second time going to this specific Wendy's, and both times I've had to wait too long for "fast food" lesson learned.

We went late, at almost 11pm. The wait was long. Some items on the menu were unavailable and they gave us a cinnamon pull apart that you could tell was old.
