  I ordered one Veggie Delite footlong and one Spicy Nacho Chicken footlong through the app for pickup. Unfortunately, the sandwiches didn’t have all the toppings I selected, and even the extras I requested were added in very small amounts. I usually enjoy Subway and it’s my go-to choice, but this location was disappointing. I love the Creamy Sriracha, Peppercorn Ranch, and Chipotle sauces and had asked for extra, but they barely added Sriracha and completely missed the Chipotle and Peppercorn Ranch. Not recommended — this experience was not up to Subway’s usual standards.

  My husband picked up the veggie delite salad for me because i had to work late and this store was open til 12 by the time i sat down to eat i noticed my salad was missing the bacon i paid for. So I called at 1134pm to let them know and spoke with an associate and all she could say "oh im sorry" we are out of bacon. And I asked why didn't the website give me that message when I ordered or why didn't anyone tell my husband when he arrived and again all she could "oh im really sorry" then i asked her well how are you going to fix this and make it right? And all she could say is "i could give you a refund" and I asked how? Then she said well you can bring it back we can make something else but I told her by the time I get there you will be closed and then all she could say is "oh im sorry" so I asked for a manager then she said we'll im the lead and I asked her name she stated Janiya she said I could call back tomorrow and speak to another manager...At this point I am furious she didn't care or didnt have any sense of urgency to resolve the issue. I couldnt even eat my salad after being so angry so I will be calling or going up there in the morning for them to resolve this issue. UPDATE: The day manager made it right , she had my salad remade and ready for me to pick up on my way to work. Thank you

  I visit this subway location regularly, and my experiences vary. There is one older African American woman who stands out for her kindness and genuine care for customers. However, the assistant manager and the owner tend to be less welcoming. On several occasions, I have placed orders through the app only to arrive and find that my order is missing, which can be quite frustrating, especially during a lunch break when time is limited

  We order from the app every couple of weeks. Not sure why I haven't reviewed this place before. Always great timing and great sandwiches. Tonight 6/13/25 was just a reminder of the fantastic quality and service that we have always received.
