As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

When I pulled up to the window I was met with a very unprofessional worker who was rushing me to order and was making rude remarks, further I payed a little more than 30 dollars for a burger in which i asked for no tomato because my friend is allergic and when it came to me there were multiple tomatoes in it. Also i ordered loaded fries, the bacon was burnt and there was multiple strands of wig hair in them, i asked for a replacement and they threw chese on one side of the container and on the other cold fries and burnt bacon, i ordered the 3 piece combo chicken tinders and they were obviously old because they were cold rubbery, they were absolutely disgusting, i asked specifically for sauce multiple times and when they handed me my bag there was no sauce in the bag, i asked at the window for sauce and they never gave it to me, when pulling in to the parking lot all of the workers were on their phones not doing anything and when i got to the window they were still on their personal phones, when i tried talking to them they barely looked at me because they were on their phones, never eating here again and i recommend for everyone who even thinks about it, DONT. 🤢🤮🤢🤮
