  I wish I could give 0 stars two days ago I ordered a big box and medium pizza and got sick(food poisoning) I called and they said the manager had an emergency so ok cool so I just called and I believe his name was billy whoever he was answered the phone and said we do t take that serious over the phone and u need to come up here n I was like cool that’ll be fine but may I speak with a manager? He said “ u gonna come up to the store” so with that being said Pizza Hut u have lost a valued customer and I will be calling your corporate and u can serve someone your undone gooey pizza that’s half frozen the crust was dry and also I have my medical papers showing food poisoning. Will not order anything else from Pizza Hut EVER AGAIN! Especially this particular location

  This Pizza Hut use to be my favorite but after 3 terrible orders I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again. My son had ordered on 2 separate days. His first order on April 13th was 2 hours late. He ordered again on April 14th and again it was 2 hours late. I did think it was nice that on each late they gave him a next free pizza on the receipts. Tonight, he wanted to use the 2 free pizza codes. He called the store, ordered, they told him 45 to 60 minutes. He waited, then I had him call after 1 hour 10 minutes. They didn't answer the phone so it went to the pizza hut operator who told my son that there was no order under his name and also they had no delivery drivers at that store. So, I called persistently to the store, finally after over a good 30 minutes a lady answered, I told her the name on the order, she nonchalantly said it should be to our place in a few. We waited another 10 minutes and finally a driver showed up with our pizza. When he told me that they weren't answering the phone there and that he was the only driver I said they should of called us. Both the Pizzas were mildly warm, it had obviously been sitting in the boxes for awhile because the box edges were wet from moister. This pizza hut use to be Awesome! Now, it is the worst that I've ever ordered from. Unfortunately I had to give it one star when I didn't want to.

  Pizza showed up an hour AFTER the expected delivery time. Good thing I called to check my order, or I probably would have never gotten it.

  Ordered online, said 15 min and they were on point. The man on the register was awesome even with a couple of difficult customers in front of me. Pizza was great, service was great. We will order from these guys again. And the ranch flavor crust on a pan is fantastic.
