MOST importantly the process of your being prepared, fixed, and the checked for accuracy before being given to you. I ordered a turkey and cheddar whole sandwich on tomato basil bread with the meat and cheese hot, but the tomatoes and red onions on the side… I am not sure if someone was not able to read or just carelessly made me a half sandwich and made it totally wrong.. but yes I was given a half of sandwich and paid for a WHOLE SANDWICH.. there was a team manager there that also displayed a face of total chaos and no order with a lot of college kids not have a clue of what they were making. So yeah… TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
