  My husband and I are active military, well we wanted to claim our veterans' day food and they played with our time, we went to reserve and they said that our table would be in 2 hours we went to wait for our car after 2 hours we returned and they simply said that they were no longer serving more people and that they only reserved the table if we waited inside the restaurant, how am I supposed to wait inside if the restaurant was completely full, it is a lack of respect why we could not have dinner, after this they were not satisfied and they called us making us believe that they canceled our reservation, you did not cancel anything, you lied and played with the time and appetite of a family on veterans day, you really must change this and stop playing with customers.

  Veterans day. Employees were kind. However, we were told the wait was 3-4 hours. We agreed. 3 hours in, we ask them how we were looking. Something about we were on the wait list, but since we didn't check in with the front desk, we were on a "slower" list but now checking in put us on a "faster" list. We gave up after 6 hours. The wait list system is confusing. Wish we had known about the slower vs faster list.

  My family came to this location on Saturday 11/8 to celebrate my father-in-law's birthday, and our server was Kenneth. He was amazing and very kind and very helpful, and he got us everything we needed.

  "I enjoyed the food, and the service was excellent. However, I would suggest that the staff refrain from lounging on the front entry couches, as it can give off an unprofessional vibe.

  Was visiting a friend ,so we decided to order Outback steak house , we ordered via phone ,spoke with someone for curbside delivery .biggest and worst mistake ever , We ordered the Kingsland steak and shrimp with Alfredo pasta , and the Queenlsnd chicken and shrimp with Alfredo pasta .. they said food would be ready in 10 minutes , so I should have known something would be wrong , food was ready when we arrived for pick up , but the food was terrible , we were thinking that being the dish was called Kingsland that it would be fit to r a king in size the steak was a piece of a piece of a piece of steak , with maybe 5 shrimps , it was very dry and tasteless , pasta was stuck together and dry, and the Alfredo sauce I guess is what it was , on the side , was very bitter, like it had spoiled .. My Queensland chicken was the same , no taste , dry , pasta dry and bitter Alfredo sauce .. I don't even know if it was Alfredo sauce ..I didn't eat mine after tasting it , and my Husband attempted to eat his ..but it was bad , for a $7 tip ..we spent $53 for a meal that wasnt fut for a king or Queen , nor a Peasant ..in total it was $60 thrown away ..I wanted so badly to take it back and tell them " You Eat It !!! ..wish I could get all or some of my money back .. Outback in Newport News Virginia on Warwick , should really be ashamed of themselves ..people work to hard to eat and live to get this type of meal for so much money
