  Drive thru. They didn't have smoothies or coke. Which is what we mainly stopped for.

  On Wednesday morning, manager greeted me by yelling across the room, " what do you want" "what do you need! "Pathetic, lazy, rotten ,customer service. Whomever hired her should be fired as well. Doesn't take much to figure out what shift leader or manager that was. Look at schedule for that day. Wednesday morning 10/29/25.I left and never ordered after that nefarious greeting! VET BETTER MCDONALD'S!

  Did not receive the Nuggets with mcvalue meal. Got 5 miles down the road and realized there was barbecue sauce in there but no nuggets. I tried to call and tell the manager that they’re falling down on the job, but they don’t have a phone that answers!!!!!!!! Not going back to get them it’s just the principle of the thing.

  Went thru drive thru. Around 2:45 on the 23 Oct. Sat in line for 30 min. I had a code from the app. I told the guy. He say give it to me. I gave him the code. I started to give him my order. He said GIVE ME YOUR CODE. I gave him the code again. Started the order. He said I need the code. It told him this is the 3rd and last time I give it to him. He then proceeds to tell me that it does not work!! Everytime I try to use a code it does not work. I asked the guy what can we do. He said I don't care what you do. He was extremely rude. I worked CS for 25 years. If I spoke to a customer like he spoke to me I would of been fired. You employees need more training. I left I will never step another foot in any McDonalds. Ever
