They pulled me forward when I got to the window because it wasn’t ready…. Today I went again. I sat in the drive through for 7 minutes without one car moving. I backed up and went inside. Ordered a 10 piece with a large frozen coke (was $.70 extra for frozen). While there employees were screwing around and not actually working. I counted 17 F-bombs of them cussing at each other. 17 minutes later when the food was finally ready we were told the frozen coke is broken and we can have a regular coke. No offer of refund for the extra I paid. To say the least, I will never go back here. The only McDonalds I’ve been to in Hampton roads with good service was in Smithfield.
