It's tiring. Is there no one checking / double checking the orders and receipts to make sure that everything is included? Thank goodness the food is good. And thank goodness the delivery service offers top notch service.

First off pulling up to the window to obtain the meals I've paid for they don't greet you or anything just " here you go" which is unacceptable then I wait for 5-10 at the window for my food only for it to be cold!!!!!! Burgers and fries for each meal which I find pathetic!!!! Then when I got home which is only 3 minutes away I got home to extremely cold food and I cold not being rude or nasty to only receive nasty attitude from the manager "jasmine" I called and said may I speak with a manager only for her to say it is one you speaking with in a very aggravated tone so I then explain about my food being cold with the exception of it being warm once I've sit and waited at the window for my food for approximately 5-10 expecting warm fresh food to only get home to come and she wasn't apologetic at all she simply asked if I wanted a remake not taking inconsideration that I've sat and waited 5-10 minutes not only that I've paid to get warm food! & I had already made it home .. I felt that was completely wrong and I felt brushed off which is why I am going to call cooperate and make sure there is no other family coming spending there hard earned money getting COLD FOOD & BAD SERVICE! Maybe you all should retain the people you all have in place for the management team because it sucks feeling like they don't care about the food or maintaining good service . Lucky I wasn't a audit you all would've lost serval points and would've been in big trouble! Do better!
