    Employees need some serious training here. Came with my wife and ordered two chicken biscuits at the drive thru and two waters. At delivery window received one wafer only, asked for second water and was told that cashier rang one water only so I couldn’t get the second water. Was told to move forward to the gate and wait for my order. A lady brought biscuits and I asked about the second water, was told again it was just one water on ticket so I couldn’t get another water. What a big deal 🤦‍♂️. Some serious flaw in training these people.

    This is the worse customer service and the lack of pride in the job you wake up daily and go to. My order is pretty simple order no cheese no pickles and what do I get every time you guessed it. Sandwich bun burnt not toasted. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t expect someone else to. It’s not a once in a while occurrence it’s every time I go there thinking maybe that a I don’t care shift at least that’s what it’s giving so I’ll go different times and only for the McRib. Today was the straw that broke the camel back I’ve given 4 separate chances to get it right today is my last I know you probably don’t care and my lil coins will not be missed and that’s fine but I would hope you would care about bad reviews and retrain your employees on the value of good customer service it doesn’t end once the food is passed out they window. Sincerely disappointed
