  Came in for a delivery, customer said they have missed items before. Got permission to double check for them and found they again forgot. The night shift wanted to argue when items were clearly missing.

  I ordered my food at 7:24pm in the drive thru. I got asked to pull into a reserved spot. I went inside at 7:48pm. To ask about my food, it took 31 mins from the time I paid for my food to the time I received my food.

  I’ve given this McDonald’s location more than enough chances, but my most recent visit finally pushed me to leave a review. The service and food quality here have been consistently disappointing, and this last experience was the worst yet. I placed a mobile order at 2:32 PM. The moment I pulled into the parking lot, the order was abruptly canceled for no reason. I had to re-place the order at 2:42 PM once I parked. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all—hardly any cars, no lines—so the cancellation and delay made zero sense. Despite the lack of customers, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my curbside order. When an employee finally brought it out, they handed me the bag without a single word. No greeting, no apology for the wait—just dropped the food into my hands and walked off. By the time I got home, every item in the bag was ice cold. Not lukewarm—cold. After waiting that long, there’s no reason the food should have tasted like it had been sitting out forever. To make things worse, the rest of my family’s food was just as bad. • My dad’s burgers tasted like they were days old. • My mom’s fries were stale, and her drink was basically straight syrup. This isn’t just one mistake or an off day. This is the level of quality we keep getting from this location, and it’s honestly unacceptable. I even reached out to McDonald’s Customer Care with a detailed explanation of everything that happened, and the response I got back was a generic copy-and-paste apology that didn’t address anything I said. It felt dismissive and made it clear that the concerns weren’t being taken seriously. I don’t expect fine dining from McDonald’s, but I do expect hot food, basic quality control, and at least some level of customer service. This location manages to miss the mark every single time. Until significant improvements are made, I won’t be returning—and I recommend others avoid this location as well.
