  Went here for my hour lunch break and didn’t order much, they tell us to pull into a handicap spot because all the other spots had cars pull up. we’re waiting and seeing people get their food, we wait some more and people who order after us were getting their food. finally it occurred that they had handed the wrong person our order. my friend tried to go inside to see what was up with the order. he waited 10 minutes cause no one was at the front counter. someone finally walked up and said they’re bagging it. 10 more minutes and still no word so i call him and tell him we’re gonna get a refund through the drive thru. we pull up to the second window and they’re telling us they already handed it out so they lied about bagging our order. the manager on duty today was sweet but overall this place was horrible today. maybe if you stop pulling up a million cars up then you wouldn’t be confused on which orders which. just horrible service all around and didn’t even get to eat on my lunch. i’ve never had a problem with a fast food restaurant ever and this mcdonald’s was the first. please consider this as your last choice

  New to the area last time I will ever go to this location. Undercooked, unseasoned fries, horrible service and was told it was McDonald's standard been a customer for over 30 years, Im not sure what standard they going by-But NOT ANOTHER DOLLAR OF MINE WILL BE PUT IN THAT BUSINESS- HORRIBLE!!!

  It’s alright for ultra processed food kinda something I’ve had since I’ve been little not something to eat very often every once in awhile

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to. The workers are beyond rude and obnoxious. After the app said my order was ready, it took them 15 minutes after that to make it. When I asked kindly for an update, they scoffed at me and didn’t say anything. They also didn’t put any lettuce on my chicken sandwiches. Milkshake was already melted and the sandwiches cold, so I’m guessing it was all just sitting there while I was waiting too. Worst restaurant experience of my life I wouldn’t go back if I was dying of hunger.
