Didn't go in to eat just to grab a uber eats order and i can say the people working are horrible and need to be replaced i stood at the counter for 10 mins and the manager plus worker just looked at me and continued doing what they were doin no greeting or seeing what I needed help with

This McDonald’s location continues to demonstrate a consistent and unacceptable failure in basic operations. After repeated negative experiences, I will no longer patronize this establishment and will ensure that leadership and personnel across the entire Fort Eustis installation are made aware of these ongoing issues.
Drive-through wait times routinely exceed 40 minutes, and each visit is met with a different excuse. Orders are frequently incorrect, and the restaurant is regularly out of essential menu items, including orange juice, tea, and other staples. Notably, the hot chocolate machine has reportedly been in “cleaning mode” for over six months, which reflects a clear lack of accountability and maintenance oversight.
As a veteran and a logistics manager with over 18 years of experience, I find the inventory management and operational planning at this location to be entirely unacceptable. Whoever is responsible for inventory control and operational readiness is failing at a fundamental level and should be held immediately accountable.
This is not fast food service; it is a systemic breakdown. Given that this McDonald’s serves more than 1,000 military personnel weekly, these deficiencies are especially concerning and wholly unacceptable. Immediate corrective action is required.

everything about this mcdonald’s is terrible. they are unclean, you pay for extra sauces and they can’t even get that right. consistently messing up my burgers every time i go there. shorting me on food and i go WHEN ITS SLOW 90% of the time. lazy staff, lazy management, lazy establishment. fix it!

I stopped in the drive thru and order a tender meal, but with a coffee because It's about 11:20, and very cold outside. I'm told to pull up while they make a fresh pot. After sitting 6 minutes, I back up to the window and tell the girl just give me a coke because I can't wait any longer, she tells me they had to clean the pot then make a fresh pot. I noticed a few people standing around talking to each other and ask the girl to get the manger. He comes to the window, and I tell him how long I've been waiting for coffee, oh he sorry but we had to clean the pot......
My thoughts, its drive thru!!!!! NO ONE should have to wait more than 10 minutes and even that is too long. Have some customer service skills, OR common sense and let the customer know.... They may not have 15-20 minutes!!! 🙄
