  This place gives Jefferson Ave a bad name. And if you’re from around here you know that’s not good. I can’t believe I’m saying this but if you’re in the mood for donuts nearby go to a double-D spot or preferably a local joint if one exists.

  Went on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty quiet, but they didn’t have a lot in stock. The staff was okay, friendly enough, but it felt more like grab what you want and go rather than a welcoming experience. The donuts themselves were fine, nothing special, but if you’re just looking for a quick treat, it works.

  Wait in line for 30 minutes only to receive donuts that looked like someone stuck their fingers into the cream centers. Brick hard and a total disappointment. Dining room is closed and drive-thru employee seemed bothered to have customers.

  Waited in drive thru for 9 minutes with no acknowledgment, pulled to window and they were out of everything, not the first time either, judging by the reviews on here, this is not a rare occurrence and should be brought to the franchise owners attention and the only reply I see is “thank you for bringing it to our attention” they have failed to improve anything!!!

  0⭐️ I do catering for work monthly. I ordered about… 60-75 BOXES OF A DOZEN DONUTS for a big Christmas work event. 60-75 dozen. Yes that is a big order. But also, yes they have done this order for us more than one time before. So the day of the event, I am BUSY. I got the text saying our order is confirmed. I show up an hour and a half before we’re supposed to hand out these donuts at the event, and the lobby is closed. I assume maybe they closed to finish our large order. So I drive thru the drive thru and tell them I’m there to pickup a catering order. And they have me park the car again (I did initially and they told me to take the drive thru), then a guy came out and said our order was cancelled, someone was supposed to contact me. So I check the phone and they sent me an email at 3pm saying our order is cancelled. I’m picking up the order at 4pm. How does that make sense? He said he would make as many boxes of a dozen that he could make in like 30mins. So I got 7 dozen. Again… I ordered like 60-75 boxes of a dozen donuts, I got 7. Catering really does change your whole view of specific restaurants. So I will never buy Krispy Kreme again.
