I ordered 2 plain hot dogs, a grilled cheese, 1 regular fry, and 1 cheeseburger for myself and my 1, 3, and 6 year old kids. No drinks ordered, just water. $55! The amount of fries I was given was absolutely pitiful. I asked for a cup with a lid for my 1 year old to drink out of and was told I’d have to PAY for that, which I did not, so had to try to help her drink out of an open water cup. I feel sick I paid so much for that experience.

Wouldn't you know it, when I went to use it the system would not recognize it. I called the Newport News location to see if they could put it in for me and they could not and were apologetic about it. I went ahead with the order (Order ID#:AAAVYNF6ACDQ) and followed up with 5Guys Corporate HQ asking them to honor what they sent me. They replied with: "I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, this offer can’t be replaced or compensated for. I’ll make sure to note your feedback so the team is aware as we prepare for future promotions. Thank you for contacting Five Guys! Kind Regards, Five Guys". I don't know about you all, but $20+ (burger and fries) is a treat for a meal for me. It's hard to believe that I am the only one that had this issue and that a $2 Billion dollar company can't/won't do better than honoring what they offered. I'll be going somewhere else for burgers from now on, not because of the staff, but because of the company. Choose wisely what companies you honor with your hard earned dollar.
