I ordered a drink that requires espresso on the app. Only to be informed upon arriving that they are out of beans. How does a coffee shop run out of espresso beans? I felt absolutely horrible from the young lady that probably had to tell dozens of customers that she can’t make their drinks because her manager messed up and didn’t order appropriate amounts of supplies. As an added bonus, one of their employees was hanging out back with a couple of his friends sitting in a camping chair. I had no idea it was an employee when I first pulled around into the drive-through so it took me a couple seconds to realize I probably wasn’t gonna be robbed. It was just an employee. Horrible experience.
