But the bagels were so stale and rock hard we couldn’t eat them at all and they had to be thrown away. 1/10 for the food. Potatoes were cold and stale, basically just sat there. Unfortunately, if the food is that bad then the service that handed that off to paying customers is that bad. Do better.

Yesterday I ordered the Cookie Butter Cold Brew and was given cold brew with oat milk and sweet cream cold foam — not the actual drink. I know the difference because I’ve had it at other Dunkin’ locations with no issue. This isn’t the first time this store has messed up my order. On top of that, the cheesy bacon hash browns I ordered were stale, dry, and barely edible. This location consistently delivers poor quality and wrong items. They seriously need to get it together.
