  It should not take 20+ minutes to get to the window to get a coffee at a drive through. It should then not take an extra ten minutes to get your drink that you ordered 30 minutes prior. This is consistently the case at this location, no matter what workers are there. The employees are usually not even apologetic. Half the time my coffee is burnt or the cup isn’t filled up even 3/4 of the way. Save your time and your money. There’s a Starbucks right up the street.

  At 1:30 PM, we tried the drive-thru first. The car in front of us was at the speaker but no one took her order during the 5 minutes we waited. We went inside. The store was not busy, and there were at least 4 employees. We ordered 2 donuts which were very stale. The filling in the Boston cream donut tasted off. Poor service and poor food.

  Got a bagel sandwich this morning, with potatoes and a plain bagel with cream cheese for a coworker-the coffee drink was 8/10. But the bagels were so stale and rock hard we couldn’t eat them at all and they had to be thrown away. 1/10 for the food. Potatoes were cold and stale, basically just sat there. Unfortunately, if the food is that bad then the service that handed that off to paying customers is that bad. Do better.

  I make online orders ahead of time because this Dunkin takes SO LONG and by the time I get there my drink is STILL not ready literally takes almost 25 min for a single coffee and it’s always different it never taste the same.
