- VWVenti WJan 29, 20265.0I doubt this review will be seen, but I must say that this is hands down the best pizza in the city of Newport News. The quality is always amazing and so is the service. What pushed me to write a review today was the interaction I had with one of the members of staff. I unfortunately forgot to ask his name but today (1/29/26 @ approx. noon) he wore a grey hat, grey sweater, and black pants. We had a very enthralling conversation about the Hello Kitty creator and general art things once he mentioned my hoodie. I hope that I run into him again. Amazing food and people working there 😊

The atmosphere is nice and there's usually CATV on for entertainment. If your planning on dining in, you can also enjoy free self service drink refills. The staff are pleasant and helpful if there is an issue with your order which may happen on a rare occasion. All in all a good choice anytime.

We waited 45mins and called asking why it was late and they said the driver was not there to pick up. We had no idea that they were outsourcing the driver. The restaurant had no idea how to contact the driver and we never got our food. I will not order from here again and I recommend you do not do so either.
