Was a terrible service with no apology or maybe a discount for having to wait so long.

However the service was not up to par. I ordered 35.00 worth of food. I asked the cashier at the counter for one of their sturdy signature bags and he declined stating that it’s only for larger orders or if I ordered ramen. Before I left the chop sticks poked a hole through my bag which forced me to return for another. Instead of rebagging it he simply handed me the bag and went on his way. The Hampton location is better. This location is lacking when it comes to service and taste. It was better when they first opened this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE

- JMJames McfaddenAug 6, 20251.0Just go to the one in Hampton. Nine times outta ten the order is going to be wrong. The one time they get it right it’s going to be hot garbage flavored. Like I didnt know they have a secret menu option for trash flavored Boba, but if that your jam, this will be your place. Even better if you love sticky tables and glazed over, annoyed people taking your money and messing up orders.
