I order online and the say it will take 25 to 30mins to make, I go over after the 30 minute mark and they said my order is still cooking at this point it's past 40mins.

I asked politely how long it would take for a poke bowl if I put it in the computer as my profession only allows me a few minutes and I like to make sure I’m not rushing anyone or late for the things I need to do. There was nobody there. Two young men sitting up front, one on his phone (headphones) and the other sitting at the register (on his phone also) so I said okay it should t take long. One young man told me 5 minutes. Okay cool that’s how much time I have. After ringing it up and I seen the order print out, the one making the bowl…… decided he wanted to do a little dance and procrastinate making my bowl like I had and hour break or something. He had to change his song 4 times before making my food lol usually I don’t trip but cmon sir. I asked politely, and yes politely… if I was waiting on an ingredient. He said no…. Did another drum solo, changed the song and then made my food. This all in total took 15 minutes. 😭

Was a terrible service with no apology or maybe a discount for having to wait so long.
