- LMLandon MichaelAug 30, 20251.0Placed my order around 7:30pm and the app said it should be done and delivered within an hour (~53min) a hour and a half later I call and asked when it would be delivered and they said it'll be an additional 45ish min and by the time it got me an hour later my pizza a was cool and tasted like it has sat under a heat lamp for an hour and my garlic twists were cold and stale. Ordered again a few days later for carryout and the app said it'll be ready in ~25 min so I drive over after 30 min and walk in and they go "oh, it's gonna be at least another 45min to an hour. We just had a lot of people place orders" yet again the app says my food is in the quality check stage when it really not even been made.
