    We went in at 7:30 (closes at 10) and all workers were just standing behind the counter (making no orders). We were told they were only taking online orders so they couldn’t serve us.

    The Chipotle in Hampton, Va was so much better. The burrito I got had no taste whatsoever. Didn’t get the queso I ordered with chips. My fault for not checking the order before I left but I shouldn’t have to. I won’t be going back.

    Paying $10 for half a scoop of chicken and two scoops of rice is ridiculous. I come to this location all the time because it’s cleaner than the mall one, but I almost walked out today after seeing that skimpy portion. This is getting out of hand.
