  This used to be my favorite place to dine. Now it has become a place I will never go again (-In Newport news). The service was horrible, food was delivered in shifts and incorrect. The server said it was because adult meats take longer and that they are busy (Room was almost empty). Filet final came and it was ice cold. It had obviously been sitting for a long period of time. And here is the worst part - Gnats and fruit flies were all over the place. Diners had to keep swatting them away. I complained to the manager and did not eat a bite. Manager just made a bunch of excuses and walked away. Then my bill arrived, I gave my card to the server, reciept came back - but no card. I was so tired of the fight that I just cancelled the card. Yes, it was that bad! Didnt feel like even talking to them and getting a million more excuses and still not getting the card back. They have just got the last $200 from me! I hope it closes soon, or they hire a staff and manager that knows what they are doing. Too nice of a reputation to have this location bring them down.

  Dining at Carrabba‘s was a delightful experience. The food was exceptional and the staff (Avey) very attentive. The atmosphere was perfect for a cozy evening and we recommend it. I must say that Avey was absolutely the best server I have ever had at Carrabbas and we have been a lot of times. She was polite, specific and genuine. Avey made great recommendations, she was incredibly fast, despite the crowd. We hope to get Avey as our server every time!!

  I recently went to Carrabbas for Happy Hour and my server, Shawna, provided great suggestions for food and drinks. She told me about the $10 Take Home deal so that I didn't have to worry about cooking something for lunch tomorrow. I'd definitely recommend her on your next visit!!
