  Great time!! I haven't been in a while but really enjoyed everything. My chicken Marsala was wonderful. The chef seasoned the food perfectly. I ate all my food which is rare. Our waiter Than was awesome. He gave great service. Definitely will go back more often now.

  Our server Cher was amazing the food was amazing the drinks were amazing the atmosphere was amazing I love Carrabba's Italian grill it really was truly quality food true Italian taste taking my sister for her birthday surprise

  Man we had Sharon as our waitress, awe she was the best and really was the reason our visit was fantastic, well ok the food was magnificent as well, and the combination of these two elements, really made the experience one of the better ones of the whole year, and wow to catch them in November to be one of our best experiences means that we been missing out on something really good, wel thanks to Ms. Sharon we will be back to enjoy ourselves in the near future. Thanks Your man, Fast Eddie Gayden Jr, Facebook Eddie Gayden Jr You will be highlighted as a magnificent place to visit. If you like what I do for great places with good people, just hit me up, trust me im not hard to find! Lol Awesome Experience Ally Cat and I really loved it!!!!! Thank you.

  First time at Carabbas and WOW! I woke up wanting chicken marsala and had to have it. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness of the hostess. Then, I was blown away by my waitress, Madisen. She was so helpful with the menu descriptions and suggestions. She was attentive and kind and handled every request with grace. The food (classics combination and chicken marsala) were delicious; so sad I got full so quickly but I’ll enjoy at home! This was a much needed solo date but I’ll be bringing my family back.

  Carrabba’s in Newport News used to be one of our favorite restaurants for both service and food quality, but unfortunately, this location has been declining for quite some time. Our party of four decided to give it one last try last night — and it will indeed be our last visit. We arrived shortly after 6 p.m. to find several empty tables, yet we were told we’d need to wait to be seated. After sitting in the waiting area for about 10 -15 minutes, we were finally shown to a table. Meanwhile, a couple who arrived at the same time was seated immediately and had already finished their meal before we even received our food. Our server explained that their system had gone down, so she couldn’t take our orders right away. My husband had to ask if she could at least bring us water and bread — even that took a while to arrive. When our meals finally came, mine was incorrect. The grilled chicken was extremely dry, and when the corrected meal was brought out, the crab cakes I had ordered were barely edible. To make matters worse, my husband found a large black piece of melted plastic mixed in with his grilled zucchini. The manager offered no real explanation for what it was and only comped his meal. By the time we left, it was after 8 p.m. What a disappointment — and a waste of $75. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location, ever.
