Overly loud with only 6 tables. Sat for 10 minutes to give a drink order. When the finally came (after walking past us 10 times) she seemed rushed. Mind you theres 3 servers for 6 tables! We come here weekly wont come back for awhile!!!!

Weird, I thought we sat at the wrong table because everyone was served around my wife and I. I thought we were at the "No service table." Their excuse was they're busy, but why is it that no one talked to us for 20 minutes. If you were that busy then why was everyone around us served at least their drinks and getting their food when they came after us. Food arrived quickly but not all of it was delicious. The fries were cold, my boneless wings were burnt, no silverware or napkins, no drinks that we ordered, or no ranch dipping sauce. The drinks were delicious though when they arrived. The rest of the experience was better but we felt like we were being rushed out. The server said that he boss is pressing her to clear the table. What?? So you don't serve us for 20 minutes and now you are rushing us to get out of here? Also, We had the suttle frustration overtake our date night and kind of ruined the mood. I've been here before and it wasn't like this. I believe in second chances but it will be a while since we will come back to reset ourselves.
Came in on Veterans day to get my free meal. Understandably, it was packed, so I was patient and waited my turn. Little did I know my free meal would take 2 hours to arrive to my table. Throughout my wait, my waitress was nowhere to be found. I had no updates on what was happening or why I was waiting so long, and neither did the tables around me. At least my waitress was nice, when she was around.

Gotta start off with the bad here, because it was enough to make us walk out last night. Been here 5 times in the past couple of months because it's on my way home from Busch Gardens, perfect for a quick bite, right? You'd think. I've only had 1 good experience here and it was from what seems like their only experienced waitress, her name was Heather, and I'm convinced she's the only one there who can do her job and excel at it. Every other time, we've had to flag down servers, we've been left with no check ups, we asked for a check and had to just guess the bill and leave it because nobody would serve us the check for over an hour, and last night, we didn't receive a server or drinks despite being seated for nearly 20 minutes, mind you, the restaurant had 2 tables and a couple of bar customers. It's not normal for there to be an entire restaurant full of employees, and get looked at weirdly because you asked for the service you paid for. Food's good, but good luck getting your order in and if you get anything hot, bring your own drinks because they apparently don't like to do refills.
Bella was our server tonight, and whew… where do I even start? We asked for extra ranches and one buffalo sauce. She vanished for 15 minutes and came back with ONE ranch for three people. Be for real. By then, our drinks were empty, so we asked again for refills and more ranch.
Twenty minutes later, she reappears empty-handed, asks if we need anything, and when one of us says “ranch,” she hits a U-turn mid-sentence and storms off. Girl, what?! Another 7 minutes go by, and she finally returns with refills and you guessed it… ONE ranch again. For a table of three people eating wings. That’s wild.
At that point, we were done. Appetite gone, patience gone. She dropped off the check and disappeared again, so someone from our table had to walk inside to pay.
If you come here, bring your own ranch and a backup plan because if Bella’s your server, you’re gonna be thirsty and sauceless.
