  Almost time I’ve ordered online I’m missing items. Just ordered a 15 piece boneless and only got 10. Tried to call 4 times and no one answered the phone. So I just paid $20 for a ten piece wing.

  Usually a great place. But the last two times for carry out, our order has been wrong. We got boneless wings but ended up with bone in. The second time today we order certain flavors and got completely different flavors.

  Food here at the Newport News location is at best just OK but it’s clear that the service here needs a lot of work. Unfortunately it’s obvious the management doesn’t care as to where the staff hangs out and now allows staff members to take over a back corner table really giving it a really trashy look, especially when you look around and see more then half the tables need to be bused while the management and staff hangs out at this corner table. The corporate office head staff really needs to step in!!

  The service was horrible waitress left us for almost an hour. Our drink cups were dirty some residue around the top of the glasses Try to order our food a certain way The waitress-said we couldn’t do that. They don’t do that here… our food was prepared horrible … Waitress was so rude.. Stay away from this place

  Food came out cold and tough, server was forgetting 80% of things asked for (refills, forks, napkins, to-go boxes, etc.), prices were outrageous. We were told sides come with the price of wings and they do not, I spent $13 extra on a few sides of fries.
